Registration & Instructions

  1. Proceed to www.mac-bsa.org/macjubilee and click the button to begin your registration.
  2. Select the type of accommodations you would like to register for based on the descriptions listed above the selection area.

    NOTE: If you or your unit would like to register for multiple types of accommodations, you will need to complete separate registrations for each type.

  4. Once you select your type of accommodations, you will be prompted to input the number of attendees by type (ie Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, adults, etc) and, depending on your selection, the number of that accommodation type (ie Lodge rooms, cabins, campsites). Then click the “Register Now” button.

  6. You will then enter the name and email address for the registration contact person. This should be the primary adult that is ready to receive your Jubilee packet as well as all communications and updates related to the event and your registration. This person should be prepared to relay any communications and materials as needed to those Scouts and families participating. The address of this adult will be where the Jubilee packet will be sent, which will include wristbands and vehicle park permits. At this stage, you will also have to indicate how many daily vehicle park permits you would like to purchase for your registration. Keep in mind that all vehicles staying at the park the entire weekend, will need to have two daily permits. Vehicles being used only to drop off Scouts will not need a vehicle permit. Vehicles for groups staying at the Strategic Air & Space Museum will not need vehicle permits, unless they are also being used to drive into Mahoney State Park. Any vehicles with a 2014 annual pass will not need to purchase any daily passes.
  7. You will now need to enter some required information for each of the attendees in your registration (ie name, unit information).

  9. Once you’ve entered all the required information for each participant, you will be able to complete and book your registration by clicking the “Begin Checkout” button.
  10. At the checkout screen, you will be able to choose one of two payments options to secure your spots: 1) pay with a credit card or 2) pay with an electronic check (aka using a check online). Both methods of payment are secure.

  12. Once you’ve submitted your payment, the registration is now booked and will send the registration contact a confirmation email.
